Il Montante

Il Montante is a Doppelbock to the lower border of the BJCP: slightly low on alcohol, but perfectly in line with the style for what concerns taste and aroma. A persistent, dense head opens the way to roasted malts which emerge at the first sip, together with caramel and toffee-like notes. Finish is dominated by raisin flavors and Aurora hops. We could call it a masterpiece without exaggerating. This is the beer you wouldn’t expect from Brewfist just because you made up a wrong idea about us until now.

La Bassa

A Real, revolutionary Lager dedicated to the passion for cycling, a deeply-rooted sport in our land, the plain of the river Po. Golden and bright, its aroma recalls honey bee hives, mowed wheat and spicy hops Dorata e brillante, profuma di miele, grano falciato e luppolo finemente speziato. Its body is full, with a bitter finish. We reccommend it before, during and after sports activities.

Il Grillotalpa

Il Grillotalpa, a standard American Lager, fresh and pleasant due to its typical overseas flavors given by Simcoe and Centennial hops. This is the perfect starter beer, the first one you would ask for as a long night at the pub. This is the beer that convinces everyone without making distinctions. But let’s talk about it characteristics: crystal clear, with a medium carbonation and a fine head. Hops dominate the first sip, oats give roundness to the mouthfeel and improve its already high drinkability: your mouth will be asking for another sipfew seconds after the first sip.

Well, now you just have to ask for a second pint!
